What is the Type of Insight Therapy in the Psychological Therapy?

In the Psychological Therapy, several types exist, and one of them is the Type of Insight Therapy. This kind of therapy is based in that the clinet must understand his behaviors and emotions, and the therapist must be the mirror in wich the client can see himself reflected, and then understand him themselves better, but without advice or counceling by the therapist.

The lecturer says, that she have serious dubts abot this kind of therapy, because in any case, the client should be responsable of their own bad behaviors and assume their consecuences.
But how can realize this if in first place the therapist accept unconditionally all the client says without say any comment at he contrary.

In the second place, the writer in the Topic says, the therapist must be take the place of the client and feel and see the same of the client, like the empaty, but the lecturers oppinion is about why the therapist must be like the client, if the client have bad or dangerous behaviours?

In the third place, the Author of the writing says, that the therapist dont must advice at the client, but only be useful like a mirror in which the client can see himself and his way of life, but the lecture arguee, that the therapist must be a guide and orient and teach to the client the best way of resolve his problems.

Finally, the writer says this kind of therapy permitts to the client to resolve for himself his own problems, but the lecture says, how is possible the client resolve his own problems, if in the first place the reason for the appointment with the Psychologist, is because the client dont can resolve his problems, and is looking for aid in someone with the experience and acsdemic skills who can guide him to the health.
