I really practice a lot. But
I really practice a lot. But I do not know why I cannot speak slowly!! because of this reason I have "ehn" in my speaking.Besides, most of the time, I naturally say "ehn" even if I have no problem with speaking fluently.
Could you please give me some pieces of advice?
I really appreciate your help in advance.
Well, you have to remove
Well, you have to remove them. People don't know you speak naturally with 'ehn'.
You need to have the sense in your mind that 'ehn' is not good for your speakings. So whenever you want to say 'ehn', try to ignore it. Speaking a little it slowly may help, but try to find the best way by some practice and trial. Also think about whether you have the same issues in your mother language.
