The bar chart gives the information about UK telephone calls in number of minutes for a period of 7 years between 1995 and 2002 by three categories.
From the graph it is clear that in all the years total call minutes through local-fixed line is maximum whereas through mobiles it is minimum. In 1995, the total minutes for local- fixed line was 72 billion minutes after then the number rose gradually to reach peak at the value of 90 billion in 1999 followed by gradual decline to reach again 72 billion in 2002. The total telephone calls through National and international fixed line was 38 billion minutes in 1995 but after gradual increase for the period of 7 years, this number rose to 61 billions in 2002. The most interesting feature of the graph is that the total number of call minutes by mobiles was just 4 billion in 1995, but the trend rose gradually to reach 15 billion in 1999 and after then it soared up dramatically to reach 45 billion in 2002.
