The table elucidates the information on the number of people watching of four different types of film at the cinema; Action, Romance, Comedy and Horror, who are from four different countries (India, Ireland, New Zealand and Japan). The units are measured by millions of people.
All of countries prefer to watch action movies as Indian had the highest number of viewers of 8 million of people. This figure is followed by; 7.6, 7.2 and 7.1 for Ireland, New Zealand and Japan, respectively. The total number of viewers for action film is nearly 30 million.
Despite of horror genre, most of Indian people like to watch films at the cinema compared to other countries. In particular, the number of Indian viewers preferred to watch Romance movies, which figure is distinguishably higher than any other countries (of 7.5). However, it is not as popular in Ireland as they received 3.8million movie viewers whereas New Zealander and Japanese cinema recorded the same number of viewers at 4.5 each.
In contrast, in India and Japan only 2-2.5 million people watch horror film whereas those are more popular in Ireland (6.4) and New Zealand (4.7).
