The table illustrates the sales of four different items of a coffee shop located in an office building, divided by four periods of time a typical weekday.
Overall, in terms of drink, coffee was sold more than tea in all four periods while, in terms of food, pastries and sandwiches alternated during the four periods of time.
Early in the morning, from 7:30 AM to10:30 AM, people bought more coffee (265 units) and pastries (275 units) rather than tea (110 units) and sandwiches (50 units). From 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM, coffee (185) and sandwiches (200) represented the most sold items as opposed to tea (50) and pastries (95).
In the afternoon, from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, people bought more coffee (145) and pastries (150), like in the morning, instead of tea (35) and sandwiches (40). Finally, from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, coffee and sandwiches were again the most sold items (respectively 200 and 110 units) compared to tea and pastries (respectively 75 and 80 units).
