Dear Sir or Madam,
I'm writing to complain about Miss Uloma, the new colleague who is making life a living hell at work for every member of our team.
Our legal team is known for excellent work, and we're highly recommended for our reports at the end of the month. In the past few months, things have changed as a result of Miss Uloma in our team. She finds it difficult to write and file her reports or give account of minute from meetings we've had. She never goes out for pro bono or any of the sittings organized by the firm. In addition, we have noticed that as a result of her incompetence, the legal head of our department is currently facing trial on behalf of the team.
We are unhappy over her attitude to her work and the group as a whole. She has made us the laughing stock in the office and this is not acceptable by us, her team members. We work as a family and have called her on different occasion to advise her and she rendered abuses on us.
In light of this recent events, I write in agreement with my team members that, she should be removed from our group in order to restore peace amongst us. This will help us qualify for the next promotional exercise.
