You saw an advertisement for a skiing course in Canada but you have one or two problems and can’t stay for the whole course.

Write a letter to the course director. In your letter
• explain your interest in the course
• describe your problems
• find out if a refund is possible

Dear course Director,

Good day to you. My name is Mohammed Aslam. I am from India. I completed my bachelor degree in Anna University. I noticed your advertisement in New England news paper. I am very enthusiastic by heard that news, that you are going to conduct a skiing course in canada. I am very much interested to join in that course.

But unfortunately, I have a problem which I could not able to attend the complete course. Actually, Here my degree semester exam is going to start on 1st March 2017. I looked around the possible way to skip the semester exam. But I can't. It is very important exam which I should not missed it.

Even though I don't want to miss this wonderful opportunity which I never got in my life. I am ready to pay my full fees, but is there any possibility to refund the money for the non-attended course.

I am looking for your valuable and splendid reply from you.

Thanking you.

Yours truly,
Aslam
