It is often claimed that globalization has not only affected the entire world but has benefitted the developed countries in a biased way. The less developed countries have hardly achieved the fruit of globalization.

Globalization means exchange and share of knowledge, skill and resources among the different nations. The idea of one world is strengthened with globalization. The ideas has indeed developed a greater understanding of one another among the people of different nations. However, it is misleading to say it has created imbalance with a biased manner among the two groups of countries.

Those who feel tha less developed countries get less fruit of the globalization may be too premature in judgement. They are perhaps carried by the prosperity of the developed contries which counts for a clear difference. The other matter they note is the general gap that has developed between the rich and poor in less developed countries and causing great concern.

Observing the matter closely reveals these are assumptions based on superficial observations. It is notable how people brought prosperity to their own less developed countries by taking education in developed countries. This counts in the gap also in individual matters in groups in terms of some prospering and others not in the same country.

The reality clearly indicates less developed countries have actually ahchieved so much in latest technology provided by developed countries. By transfer of new knowledge for example, the less developed countries have learnt to lead a more economical life and reduce wastage. In important matters developed countries have provided a model of handling security issues in an effective manner. The updated technology of disaster management gained by less developed countries has helped to minimize loss to life and property.

In conclusion, less developed countries need to examine their own problems first to reach the level of developed countries. It is their internal problems which minimize the benefits of globalization for them.
