Some say that it would be better if the majority of employees worked from home instead of travelling to a workplace every day.
Do you think the advantages of working from home outweigh the disadvantages
Regarding the issue of the place that workers should work in, people hold different views. While I accept that working from home may provide benefits for those workers, I believe that travelling to workplace in a daily basis can bring huge advantages to both employees and their companies.
On the one hand, I would agree that doing workers' job at home will have positive effects on them. Firstly, by doing this, they can save not only their money but also their time instead of going to the offices. For example, researches recently have shown that staffs could spend approxiamtely one hour per day on average in relaxing instead of travelling to their companies. Secondly, working at home can help the authorities to solve the traffic jam issues. Being motivated by staying at home, people will conduct their work without going to offices, which can reduce the traffic density. As a result, working from home can save a considerable amount of time and money of the society.
On the other hand, I believe that going to work can provide enormous benefits for workers and also their companies. Manufacture company needs employees to operate the machine which enable those companies to produce the products. For instance, employees in a car manufacturer should travel to the workplace and operate those high-end technologies to manufacture luxurious cars which help companies to cultivate huge profits. Furthermore, staffs go to the offices not only for working but also for meeting their colleagues and standing a better chance of establishing relationships. By working in the offices, they can gain a better understanding of each others and cement a healthier relationships. Consequently, travelling to the workplace can mostly benefit employees.
In conclusion, although working from home might have several advantages, I believe going to the offices could bring enormous benefits to workers,
