Some people think that people who choose a job early and keep doing it are more likely to get a satisfying career life than those who frequently change jobs.
To what extent do you agree or disagree?
It is said that people who get a occupation as soon as possible and stabilize with it are more likely to satisfy with there career life. In my opinion, satisfaction in job are not determinded by when you start your job or how long you pursue it. This essay will outline some important factors believed to be involved.
Some people believe that have a job early and pursue it for long period provides various great benefits. For example, they will have better financial situation as they have been working for a long time.In addition to this, people who chase a particular job will be able to advance to the top of their field, and therefore enhance satisfaction of their life.
On the other hand, there also are many advantages if you change to different type of work. For example, peopel who are not suitable for staying in a particular job for long term will have to change their occupation to keep their satisfaction level. In addition to this, young people are lack of skills and experiences, therefore they have to explore a range of different career paths early on to choose what is fit with them the most.
In conclusion, how one person gains satisfaction from their career may be different from another. Some may want to pursue a particular job to get to the highest status. Others, however, may find it esier for them to gain experiences in life after start a flexible career. Either way, I believe that it is much better, especially for young people after graduation, should pay attention to what they passion on because it do not guarantee job satisfaction if you soon have a job.
