I am writing to complaint about weak discipline and lack of accuracy in doing duty in your airline. While I had always heard that your company has 5-star in quality of customer’s services.
I must attended in ‘Angular Technique in Web Programming’ workshop that held in Melbourne in 11th to 13th of May every year. Firstly I purchased the ticket from ‘ABC Airline’ for 10th of May at 5:30 pm, unfortunately cancelled then I tried to get the ticket from another airline that finally succeed to achieve the flight No 132 from your company.
In the destination, I could not found my bag and packages. Your employee told me that do not worry, your luggage would be received by the next flight about 5 hours later and we will send it to your hotel. The next morning, I gave nothing from you and because wanted to cooperate in the seminar, I bought a jeans and a shirt which were not proper for this situation. Also, I intended to give a provided DVD package to everyone who attended in the workshop, that all of these were in my lost bag, therefor I had to promise to audience that I would send DVD package to their address.
In view of this, I want you to pay all costs content fee of clothes and post of packages. I attach a copy of factor and my bank credit card Number.
