Write a thank you letter to your friend about the guidebook he/she gave you for your vacation and say
– Describe your vacation.
– How did you use the guidebook?
– When and where will you return the guidebook to your friend?
Dear Deepak,
I hope this letter finds you in good spirit. First of all, I would like to thank you for the amazing guidebook, which you have given me before going to the vacation. Because of your guiding, we have enjoyed the trip very well.
We went to Kerala, which is famously known as 'Gods Own Country', in the last week of May. Firstly, we travelled from Hyderabad to Trivandrum by Flight. Then we have taken a local taxi and travelled through the picturesque landscapes, beautiful backwaters and the coconut trees.
The guidebook came in handy to plan the whole tour. We have planned everything before leaving for the destination, with the help of your book. We have drawn step by step plan, from booking the flight tickets, taxi and route of journey perfectly, so we don’t need to check back on everything later.
Finally, I am coming to your place on next week for a business conference, I will hand over the guidebook book at that time.
Once again, thank you very much for your help, I will bring the vacation photos to show you.
With love,
Suresh
