Dear Mark,
I hope this letter sees you in the best of health. I got your letter yesterday where you ask me to visit you in London. I cannot express my feelings and happiness as it would be a pleasure to be there and be your guest. I have talked to my parent and they have shown me green signal as well so be ready for a month full of fun and activities as I have ample time to spend there with you and family.
I am planning to leave Lahore on Thursday, 17th July 2018, however there are a few queries that I need to know before leaving for London. First and foremost thing is to know about liking and disliking of your family as I am visiting them for the first time and it is a must that I should bring them some gifts and it will be easy if you tell me about their choices in this regard. I am not in a mood to listen a “No” in this matter as it is part of our culture and tradition.
In continuation, I would like to know about weather conditions there so that I can pack my bag with clothing that are more appropriate according to the conditions and culture too. Do guide me as you know usually I wear jeans and tees in Lahore which suits the weather conditions here. Also tell me about the activities we can plan during my visit as it will help me prepare my bags accordingly.
Last but not the least, I am a food lover and that’s evident from my physique as well - I would love to know about the places we can visit to fulfill my appetite. We will try to visit all sort of food including desi, continental, Chinese and anything special you feel that we should try this as well.
I will wait for your timely response so that I can manage the things at my end in this short span of time. See you soon and take care.
Yours sincerely,
ZeeQ
