The graph shows the population increase of three countries in the U.S state of Oregon from 1940 to 2000.
It is evident from the graph that all three countries had a growth during 60 years.
By the end of 1940, Washington made a soar when it rose up the number from 75.000 to over 120.000 people after 30 years. It was not an end when this country reached a peek with over 240.000 people in 2000 which means only the next 30 years, the growth of this country rose as twice as they did from 1940 to 2000.
Come to Columbia and Yamhill, the gap in population between this two countries was not big. Back to 1940, Columbia and YAmhill both had approximate population. Until the middle term of the first 30 years, the gap had been widened a little and not been changed much in the following period of time as only 13,000 - 15,000 people on average that Columbia had more than Yamhill.
