As a multitude of multinational organizations expand their presence across the world, the way people work is modernized according to company’s culture. As a result of this, people are constantly up skilling themselves with the knowledge in demand which further trigger them to change jobs for better salaries and lifestyle. A survey by Google has reported that 65% of educated populations worldwide rapidly change their jobs once in every two years, despite job contentment.
There are several ways that could probably halt this situation. At first, people ought to focus and work towards one goal at a time. By that, an individual could evolve in his work and life gradually, and therefore, would have a perfect work life balance. Further, an individual need to approach with a thought process of excelling in one job, rather multiple, which will aid them gain job stability. This approach will reduce the burden on working people to jump jobs frequently.
In conclusion, although people are in the look out of alternative jobs to keep up with the inevitably changing work atmosphere, they ought to be goal oriented in one job at a time, which would reward them with meticulous life and benefits. There shall be a competitive and stabilized work environment if every individual stick to these approaches.
