It is clear that there was an opposite trend in the number of international conferences in 3 city centers from 1980 to 2010. The increase in worldwide conferences from city C was particularly significant, while city A and B decline slightly.
According to the information in 1980, the number of global meetings in city A was 35 conferences compared to around 30 conferences and no conference in city C. In 1985, City A showed a remarkable decrease to figure for 20 conferences which were nearly twice as high as that for city C. During the next 10 years, there was a significant rise to 30 conferences from city A which was not far behind the data of international conferences in city B in1990.
In 2005, both city A, B and C had a fairly equal proportion of global conferences which accounted for approximately 25 conferences. In the end year of the period, the number of worldwide conferences changed position in relation to each city as city C accounted for over 30 conferences, followed by roughly 15 conferences in city A and 25 conferences in city B.
