Below diagrams illustrate the approximately time taking procedure of recruitment in a company.
The process is vividly shown from company’s initial need to all dissimilar possibilities at the end for different applicants.At first, a list of requirements is considered and drawn up by the firm, then they are transformed to announcements to be placed in the newspaper. In the next level, they will be seen by candidates.
Application forms are completed and returns by applicants to the company. In this milestone two possibilities are considered. In the first likelihood, applications would be refused and the letters are sent by the company to rejected candidates. In the second possibility, applicants are invented for an interview.
Interview procedure is considered to divide eligible. In this phase applicant will be separated to two group. The first group, whose application is accepted and selected. The second category’s applications, who are rejected and sent a refutation letter.
