People’s lives are becoming increasing stressful nowadays and there are many reasons behind this. Many people relate this to the technological advancement while others say that high living costs and competitions are the main reasons for this stressful life we have. In your opinion what are the reasons behind this? What can be done to solve this problem?
From the evidence of some developed communities, people are prone to change in the normal standard of behavior and include a rise in nervousness. Some people believe that new technologies arouse people's stress while others hold that the living expenses responsible for the issue. Although, these cases are mostly the reason why nervousness potentially has increased, in my opinion, some practical ways can be taken to address these problems.
Apparently, using cutting-edge technologies presents more challenges for the quotidian lives. From psychological points of view, people have the habit of doing daily routine activity very fast and no longer are patient as much as they used to. As well as, Density and traffic have also contributed to the problem as well. It is coupled with the fact that new workplace demands a situation where people tend to catch up fast leading to the elevation of competition and stress. In regard to the life consumerism expanded in developed countries, people dominantly are under great pressure to cover their cost of living, especially in paying to pay a debt or returning a loan. As an illustrated case, just ponder over the 2008 Economic Crisis in which the rate of psychological problems increased by 20 among shareholders of the Wall Street Bourse. As a consequence, nowadays, stress is an unwarranted indispensable part of our lives which is derived from the financial forces or daily events.
Nevertheless, there are a wide range of solutions to alleviate or prohibit nervousness. First and foremost, governments force the companies to monitor or review the psychological aspects of their labors. Likewise, governments must ensure that companies apply their labors at suitable working hours to reduce the stress level. Thirdly, governments should also add more public facilities such as playgrounds, parks, and sports fields for their residents. It has been proven that people’s doing some amusement and physical activities could reduce their stress level.
In conclusion, there are different reasons for raising people’s stress. Hence, variegated measurements in the workplaces and public services need to be applied to tackle this problem. Comments:
