Write a letter to a college Principal, where you attended a one day computer course and are unhappy about the way it was conducted. Explain what was the type of the course, what happened and what can be done to make sure this problem never occurs again.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you that the computer course which was held last week was not useful. The course was going to provide some principal information about working online. Unfortunately, I could not get benefits of this course because of some pressing matter.
Let me explain in more detail. Although the supervisor was so professional, lack of the internet connection led to we could not acquire the information. Since it was really demanding for him to explain the minutiae. Furthermore, a number of participants were more than the capacity of class, so that there were not enough systems. Therefore, some individuals, like me, could not see the screen. As a result, there was chaos in the class which distracted both teacher and learner.
I would like to suggest that if it is possible the systems should be increased or the limited members should be registered. Moreover, it should be better to buy internet from reliable service due to connecting the internet conveniently.
Thank you for your consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Parya Amini
