Dear Sir,
Let me take the opportunity to share with you regarding my current unbalanced situation, created because of the clashes between my work schedule and the evening MBA course. if you remember, I am in a full time employment contract with one of the leading news broadcasting channel and after discussing with you I have requested my supervisor to give me morning shift with weekly holiday on Tuesday. but I have heard the notice that the weekly seminar has been moved to Monday which means that I will need to attend the class from 2 PM on that day if I want to pass the exam. but unfortunately, all the program plans are has been finalised and according to the company policy I am not allowed change the day off before completion of six months.
I may mention that I have tried my best to find a solution by giving a formal ply to my boss, but there is nothing that can be done now. As matter of fact, I will not be able to continue the course successfully on this semester.
At this situation, I would like you to help me to withdraw the courses I am taking on this summer session. I will enroll again on the spring to pass on this two subjects.
Sincerely,
Shahla
