sir overall i have observed that i am finding more difficulty in task 6 so, please guide me how to improve on that.
task 6 is relatively
task 6 is relatively difficult, but if you understand the structure of the lecture, it will be easier for you:
First try to figure out that the lecture is like an essay which has three paragraphs:
paragraph 1 is for introduction - first 30-40 seconds: the lecture will give you general ideas for what it is going to talk about, then you should have a big map in your mind.
paragraph 2 is going to talk about one sub-topic (A)- about 40-50 seconds.
paragraph 3 is going to talk about another sub-topic (B)- about 40-50 seconds.
Very rarely, there is going to be one more sub-topic (C).
After you understand the structure, take notes by key words, repetitive words, but, however, when, where ...
So when you answer the question, you follow the same structure:
First 15-20 seconds: introduction
second 20 seconds: sub topic A
third 20 seconds: sub topic B
Listen those samples answers by ETS again and they will get more ideas.
