Dear Sir, Madam,
I am writing this letter to complain about the discrepancy found in my recent received mobile bill with regards to international call charge.
I been using your mobile company service provider sim number 91-978452345 since last 2 years and haven't faced any issues until last month.
But, I was so surprised to notice that, the last received bill charged around 1500 rupees for an International call with call time updated as 24 th Jan,2019 5:15 pm.
The same bill generation is contradicting to me as, I would certain believe that I haven't made any International call on above mentioned date and time.
Besides that , I believe that my current Sim is yet to be activated for International call facility.
Hence, I kindly request you to re check on same , validate it and sent me the revised bill after exempting from International call charges.
I hope to have you informed sufficiently and look forward in receiving updated bill promptly.
