What idea do you think is better? Keeping old friends or find new friends?

Generally speaking, having Friend is very important part of our lives because we spend a lot of time with them. There have always existed two points of view. some people believe that we should keep our old friends, but others disagree. As far as I am concerned, I vote for the former choice because of two reasons as follows.

First, finding new friends is very time consuming. However, making new friends may seem interesting but in my idea it is very hard to find new friends and let them know what is your point of view. By way of example, I can recall when I was entered in a college although I had some friends in my classes that I knew them from many years ago but I wanted to find new friends. I thought finding new friends is more interesting to me. So I find a new friend but after a while I find out that we are so different from each other. She liked to go out in weekends but I liked to stay at home and do my homework. She wanted to study in the group however, I wanted to study myself. So it was very time consuming for me to tell her what I like and what I don’t. After a while I started to be with my old friends who I knew them from past and there is no need to explain your interests to them, because they knew them from past. So, I felt very better when I was with my old friends and I saved a lot of time for my studying. From this experience I learned that keeping old friends is a better way than finding new ones.

In addition to time consuming , old friends are very better because we know their behaviors better, we know what they like more, what things they don’t like, so we can act very better with the. For instance, I have a friend which we are familiar with each other from high school. last month was her birthday, because I knew that she likes perfume so much I bought a perfume for her but one of her new friends bought a doll for her when she opened her presents she was very happy to see my present but she didn't get that much happy from receiving a doll. So her friend ask me how did you know that she likes perfumes that much and I told her that we are old friends and we know each other very well so we know what makes us happy . So as you can see old friends know each other very well and they can be better friends that new friends.

By way of conclusion, based on the arguments explored above, I am of the opinion that keeping your old friends is much better than finding new friends. Not only finding friends is time consuming but also old friends know each other's feelings and demands much better than new friends. I think We all should keep our old friends instead of finding new ones.
