While there are many reasons to support this idea, the others think that talent is also important as the key of success. A successful person take route to career success is not that easily but need hard struggle. On the other hand, some people believe that to get success is not only about hard work, but talent is also important. Talent is a capability and each person has their own ability. For instance, it would be really hard to keep staying in one of professions like singer without having a talent. Many singers cannot survive and they are being eliminated from competition in music industry, because they do not have any talent. So, you should find a job that is suitable with your talent. Nowadays, having a talent make you easy to find a job because many vocations look for the people who have something different and something better than others.
