Production of coffee
The diagram illustrates how coffee is produced.
It is clear that there are several stages in production of coffee. The process begins with the picking of coffee beans and ends at the packing stage.
According to the diagram, first of all, coffee beans are picked and then leaved to dry. After that they are roasted in an oven and cooled rapidly. Once the coffee beans are cooled they are ground by grinding machine, which turns the beans into granules. Following this, the granules are mixed with hot water and then the mixture is strained. After being frozen the frozen liquid is passed through the grinding machine again and subsequently dried in a vacuum drier, so that the water evaporates. Finally, the coffee granules are packed into jars after which this jars are labeled. Now the coffee is ready for delivery to shops.
