According to some people idea, for a political leader, in order to be effective, he should yield to public opinion and abandon principles while others believe that they must stick to principles in order to be an effective leader. Clearly, these two sides coincide with each other. In my view point a leader is a effective one, who committed to particular principles and objectives.

First of all, now a days, in many countries leaders are usually chosen by people vote. It means that place people already put their trust in the leader, so from this point it is essential for him to come up with decisions and solutions based on his experiences. The interface of people seems to be unnecessary because it only causes misleading and of course delay in works and a fuzzy atmosphere in society, beside the leader attitude may collapse and he could not be as effective as he should be. so the first and most characteristic of the leader is his indipendence because people transmitted their power of decision to him.

Moreover, if leader yield to public opinion what is the good of his selection? he is the one who has information about all situations and can bolster his assertions in order to control a country. For instance, in my country, one year ago there was a presidential election, people select a person. since then some people and a party try to force their idea to him and as we see today, he has many problem facing difficulties. Although, he was chosen in a fair selection.

Finally, it is principle which forms the structure of a society, not randomly decision by people based on emotion and short view. people usually want what seems to bear in short time, but a wise leader knows all about past and future, so basically he is not in a paucity of knowledge. he knows exactly what to say and what to do. that leader bring bright future, better environment, more jobs and many other things that make the country a remarkable one.

To sum up, based on many experinces in history and also logic, i support the idea that leader should remain consistently to principles. Therefore it brings no fight or disaster for country. Although, people can announce their idea but it should not account as a forced duty for leader. so by this everyone wins and a good future waiting for them.
