Dear Sir/Madam,
I feel the need to bring to your attention a matter I have with a way your rubbish/ garbage collection system in my area is not working properly. Please let me elaborate on this
As you know, the entire garbage of the building would be collected at 10 AM every evening. The system was incorrectly operating at a specific time. Recently, this procedure was even stopped on some day.
The delaying deposition of the system caused a stink and frowsy around the residents. My family has to close all house access to limit these smelling. Moreover, leakage water from this garbage has started swamping to the street, this would be strongly affecting the traffic and inhabitants
The system was improperly worked for a long time. I suggest that we should repair some components and add some sub-system. This is quite essential to improve the positive system for the more effective operation
