You recently organised an all day meeting for your company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter
Say what the participant liked about the hotel.
Explain why they were unhappy about the hotel.
Suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in futures.
Dear Sir,
I am writing to you to share some experience at your hotel Sulin in Six-mile. Our company i.e. TCS had organised a meeting on 29th March 2019 which was held at your hotel. We had asked our all participants to fill up a feedback form prior leaving the hall at end of the day.
The hospitality of your guest relationship department made our participants delighted. Moreover, the environment of the hotel which was well decorated with fresh followers was also appreciated. The best thing they like about this hotel is the location, which is a convenient one for each participant, as it is situated in the heart of the city.
However, they were a little disappointed about the food that was server at your hotel, since it was neither served hot not properly cooked.
So, I would like to advise you regarding the same. Please make sure before you serve, the food is properly cooked and it should be served as well. one person should be appointed to look after the food quality because people may appreciated the hospitality but if they experience bad food quality, do you think people will visit your place.
Looking froward to seeing you serving the best food in the entire city. Thanks in anticipation.
Yours sincerely,
Simi.
