Dear Mr. James
This is in regard to the discontinuation of the course that i enrolled last year. I have been pursuing the SAP and Tally course for the last couple of months in your institution in the evening batch.
As i mentioned earlier, I got a full time job in A and B builders as account assistant, as a fresher it is a very demanding job for me. I somehow managed one month of my job without affecting my studies, but unfortunately i cannot continue like this, because i am afraid that it will affect my career.
As a part of my training program i have to shift to the company headquarters next week which is in another city and i will be there for almost four month's; due to which i would not be able to continue my studies at least for the next couple of months.
I am aware that this course is available twice a year, so i was looking forward to continue my study after my training program. I am really sorry for any inconvenience caused due to my change of schedule.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon
Yours sincerely
John jaffer janardhanan
