You have a full-time job and are also doing a part-time evening course you now fine that you cannot continue
Dear Mr Hamed,
I am one of your students for Business Administration course and I am a part-time evening student. I recently changed job and I now work full-time with a Telecom company which is quite challenging combining work with studies.
Needless to say, I was recently made to oversee and manage a new project and it will take about 12 months to complete. This new role is very demanding and will involve staying over time and travelling. I have really thought about the new development and realised that there is no other alternative for me other than to defer the training till next academic year.
I spoke to my course advisor and he told me to discuss with you how I want the course rescheduled. I want to move the course till next academic year and will prefer a Saturday and Sunday program instead of weekly.
Kindly approve my course deferment and change of time.
Yours sincerely,
Liberty
