I am Amir Nazaripoor who your customer with identification number AN378 since 5 years ago. I am writing to inform you that, I received a letter from your branch last week which included acknowledge receipt of a new credit card whereas the envelope was empty. I mean that, the card was missing from the packet. Due to this problem I am writing to express concern about the missing card. I am not sure that this card was losing or any person stolen it. You know that it is my only account and all my money is on it. Owing to this issue, I ask you that keeping my account out of reach and change my password as soon as possible. Moreover, I need a new bank card to do my daily routine purchase.
