Dear Sir/Madam:
I am Amir Nazaripoor who your customer with identification number AN378 since 5 years ago. I am writing to inform you that, I requested for a new credit card from your bank last month because my present card will be expired the end of July. Hence, I received a letter from your branch last week which included acknowledge receipt of a new credit card whereas the envelope was empty. I mean that, the card was missing from the packet. I went to bank and explain my problem with your stuff but they did not help me. Due to this problem I am writing to express concern about the missing card, in reality I am not sure that this card was losing or any person stolen it. You know that it is my only account and all my money is on it. Owing to this issue, I ask you that keeping my account out of reach and change my password as soon as possible. Moreover, I need a new bank card to do my daily routine purchase.
