Highlighted in the graph is the internet users as rate of community in three different country namely: The USA Canada, and mexico between 1999 and 2009.
As can be seen from the chart the proportion of the population who used the internet increased in each country with each passing year. Overall, the percentage of the access to the internet in Canada and the USA is much larger. compare with mexico and Canada experienced the fastest growth in internet usage.
Looking into the details of the graph. In 1999 1999 the proportion of people using the internet in the USA was highest about 20%. With around 10% internet user in Canada, while the figure for mexico was much lower at just 5%. In 2005, the percentage internet users in both the USA and Canada rose to around 70% respectively. However the figure for mexico reached just over 25%.
Meanwhile, In 2009 the rate of internet users in three countries increased fast and highest in Canada almost 100% population using the internet. the figure for the USA about 80% and only 40% of mexico.
