The diagrams below show the campus of Riversdale University in 1993 and in 2010.
The maps illustrate the changes in the Riversdale University campus between 1973 and 2010.
Overall, the Riversdale University was divided into 2 areas by a river that runs through from the north to the south and had a bridge over the river to connect both sides. It is noticeable that the university had significant developments in building structures and facilities with the addition of a future plan to built a building.
In the south-west, the nature reserve was completely cleared to make way for the second car park, a tram stop and the site for the proposed medical school building in 2019. The student union office was knocked down to make room for the expansion of the first car park. However, it was relocated to the north of the sports center and its size was bigger as compared before.
There was an extension added to the north side of the law building so that it can house the social sciences department. Similarly, the north end of the library was extended to the west where the social science used to be. The fine art building was repurposed to information sciences while the remaining structures, as well as the sports field and ovals, remained undeveloped.
