Dear Manager
I am Suresh Patel and would like to share feedback of your hotel. Last week, on 12/08/19, we had the all-day event of our sales Representatives at your hotel. First of all, I would like to appreciate your efforts to decorate the hall as per company specifications. The team was really impressed with the hospitality and courtesy of your staff.
Employees, do share grievances with me which I would highlight to you. The foremost concern is related to the food items served to us. I booked for "Maharaja Package" that had 15 starters and 5 main course meal. However, we were merely served, 8-9 starters and that too was not of best standards. we requested to add Chinese cuisine, in our menu but that was completely missing. this was really embarrassing for us as many sales guys came from China. On enquiring about it with on floor chef, he informed that none of the Chinese dishes were added to the menu.
For Future, I would highly recommend you to share final menu draft with the organizers over mail and get their confirmation. This will help you to avoid any confusion and last-minute changes.
