I have been using almost all the electronic equipment's from your shop from over 5 years. As well as i have never had a reason to complain to your shop before.
The trouble with part is firstly, unable to use right click button along with scrolling issue. And also I noticed that, it was even stopping when using the left button. Initially, i suspect that it is all because of the improper connection. however, even then the issue was same.
Consequently, it was stopping all my work and moving it to in pending status. For your information, due to some reason i cannot even return to my office and replace the affected part of the computer.
