Dear Sir,
my name's Sreejith. Yesterday I have visited your store to repair my computer. Actually my computer was not working properly. I just got to know about this before 2 weeks ago. The guarantee of the product has been expired at the end of last month. I could not able to identify the exact problem, but in my assumption the problem is due to the overload I think.
During my visit to store one of the staff informed me that they could not able to repair the product. And i could not able to get much information from your staff, that is why am writing this letter to you.
I need the information about whether any extra payment is needed to repair my computer or the technical fault will not be checked in your store. In that case could you please tell me that which store can repair my computer. Looking forward to hear from you.
