Pie chart

The pie charts give information about levels of satisfaction of both surveyed full-time and part-time students about a university library in terms of its IT support and its current working hours.

Overall, the vast majority of full-time students were extremely satisfied with the IT support in their university library whereas most of the part-time students were unhappy with it. Besides, both surveyed groups overwhelmingly felt very happy about current opening hours of their library.

With regard to the IT support offered by this university library, just over a half of full-time students were very happy, compared to only one fifth of their counterparts. By contrast, the percentage of part-time students feeling quite happy was about 45%, which was four times higher than that of full-time students. The figures for both groups expressing their disappointment were almost the same, at over 30%.

Concerning the library’s current opening hours, there were 67% of full-time students and 72% of part-time students feeling very pleased with these. By contrast, only 1% of full-time students considered them not good at all, compared to 5% of part-time students giving the same opinion.
