Dear sir,
I am writing this letter to complain you that last thursday I brought a web camera from your shop and now its does not work properly.
I am a freelance worker. Most of my work I have to do from my computer via internet and I also done it from my home. my last web cam was completely damaged that why last thursday 9th october I brought a web camera from you house. Therefore, after returning home I install it at my pc and start to use. But picture quality of this camara is very poor. it does not work as it written in the box.
without web camera I did not contact to my supervisor and can not hand over their project that they give me. As a result, my project deadline is now nearly over and if it is cancel then I have a huge loss and have to suffer economically.
I thing reading the above circumstance, you can understand my problem and help me to change the damaged web camera to a new one.
