I would like to take this opportunity to explain about the incident I had yesterday at your supermarket located on the 10th Street Westwood.
My name is Liliya Kasanshina and I have been loyal to your store since 2010. I have always the best shopping experience with you but the situation which makes me write this letter to you cannot be unattended.
On October 16, 2019 I went as usual to buy some groceries and I found that some maintenance work was held on the shop floor. Few of the employees were trying to fix the new poster on the wall using the screwdriver. At some point I was exactly next to the fixing site and got hurt because the poster fell down right to my feet. It is important to mention that the poster was inside a wooden frame and was completely heavy so the weight of it made me feel a severe pain which led to having bruises. However the staff was very helpful and did all their best in order to apologise and to reduce the risk of being hospitalized.
In fact I would like to raise this concern due to my strong recommendation to you abiut conducting all the merchandising and maintenance procedures out of trading hours which will minimise the all the possible issues which might happen. It could be done, for example, at night or early in the morning before the opening of the supermarket. Prevention of the emergencies is the best practice.
I hope all the required actions will be taken by the management of the supermarket as soon as possible.
