International visitors to New Zealand: transport used during visit
The bar chart shows the proportions of different means of transport that international holiday-makers use when they visit New Zealand.
Overall, the data indicates that there are five types of transportation that international travelers choose to move but the most popular means of transport is public transport, including:plane, coach, train, boat, accounting for about 90 percent in totally.
We can see that the greatest percentage of transport is private move, which nearly 70 percent of people holiday use car to travel on vacation in New Zealand while plane and coach are used about as much as each other, over 30 percent; however, plane is the vehicle with a higher percentage of use than coach. The fourth most common modes of transport is train, which at 20 percent of visitors use. The transport is used the least compared with the others is boat, which less than 10 percent of tourist like.
