From 1990 to 1999, the data for electricity, gas and water supply decreased suddenly to precisely 1 million and was dwarfed by that for the transport and communication sector, with nearly 1.5 million. Meanwhile, the figure for other industries remained at the same level.
Ultimately, the figures for electrical, gas and water suppliers, vehicle and domestic sectors also reached their peaks at 1.25, 0.5 and 0.2 million, respectively.
