I hope you family and you are doing great. I am so glad to having you family and you as my neighbour and welcome to move to Milford.
I found there are some problems regards to car parking that the former owner did not mention it to you so I would like to tell you. there were two vehicles parked on the driveway last night, which both are widen one. it is difficult for us to passing through the driveway and back home. Not because the room of the path, but also that is public area. we all should respect to others, especially we are neighbour.
I totally understand your house has smaller parking space. Therefore I would like to suggest you park one vehicle on the road which just two minutes walk away. you could tell you friend park in my property if you have visitor come for a short while.
