At lunch time the percentage of nutrients eaten by Americans is higher than in the morning, 29% of Sodium is eaten in addition to 26% of Saturated fat and 19% of Added sugar.
However, after lunch people in America munch snacks and the rate of the Added sugar nutrient is mostly eaten by 42% compared to the other two nutrients (Sodium 14% and Saturated fat 21%). At night, Americans eat Sodium and Saturated fat nutrients more than Added sugar, they consume somehow 43% of Sodium, 37% of Saturated fat and 23% of added sugar.
In the end, USA people have a high percentage of eating meals containing these three nutrients after lunch (Snacks) and at night (Dinner) while they consume a small rate of them in the morning and at lunch.
