Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I will not be able to continue my course at your training institute as I have been offered a full-time job.
I was enrolled in your training institute Amity for a three months course in Business writing and communication course as I have received an offer letter for full-time job in IDFC Mutual Funds. I am expected to join the organisation from 1st of June. Since this job is essential in order to build a successful career, I will not be able to continue with my course along with the job.
I have been offered a position of assistant manager with a handsome salary. The working days from Monday to Saturday 9 am to 5 pm. I will be handling all the customer queries through phone and e-mail. Moreover, I will also have to maintain all the MIS File and database of all the clients.
Since I will be busy during my office time, I would like to know that if you offer any evening course from 6pm to 7 pm? As I will be able to attend the class after my office. However, if you do not offer any evening course I would like to discontinue and would be grateful if you could refund my remaining amount in my bank account?
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours sincerely,
Prabhpreet Kaur
