Dear Manager
I am writing this letter appreciate my tour guide, who guided me during my business trip. Company chose me for Delhi trip to deal with some prime customers. I Visited there on The 27th of November. Unfortunately, I am not much familiar with that city, so, it seems difficult for me to wander there because of an unknown place.
Then I called a tour guide who is contact given to me by the company, he reached me within 15 minutes of my call and greet me very well and he kinda very generous person. He's very well-known to all the places so he aided me graciously to find my destinations. Interestingly, due to his bilingual capabilities, he communicated easily with people of other states. His worthwhile assistance make my trip memorable.
Because of his valuable guidance, I want our company should give him some rewards as well as an increment. Also, he is well suitable employee to join higher rank. So it will be more helpful for him to polish his skills more efficiently.
I hope you will reply to me soon
Yours faithfully
