A survey conducted in the topic of adult education taken in terms of why adult decide to study and how people think the cost of adult education should be shared.
The first chart pictures that mostly adult decide to study is because the interest in the subject. This factor lists on top of the chart with the number of 40%. The next is to gain qualifications showed by 38%. In the third position is for current job with the number of 22%. Coming to the next with 20% is to improve prospects and promotion. The fifth factor of the chart is to enjoy learning or studying which has the same percentage as the previous one. The last factor shows that to meet people is the most uncommon reason with only 9%.
Furthermore, the survey also depicts the data in term of how people think the costs of each courses should be shared. On top of the list is that the individual should be the one responsible for it. The number shown in the chart is 40%. In the second list, it is the employer that has to think about the costs shared with the number of 35%. Last but not least, in the third position, it is the taxpayer that should be responsible to think the costs of adult education should be shared.
