The job looks very exciting to me as the incumbent will having a team of 150 employees to look after across the region, and reports directly to the Managing Director.
Nevertheless, I respectfully decline your offer at this juncture due to the existing workload. I have a total of 5 projects in hand, and all are in the last stages; therefore, I would like to stay for another six months’ time with my employer to complete my assigned projects and handle over to the client.
However, I would like to refer you to a friend of mine who is currently looking for a lead role in the city. He holds a master’s degree along with over 25 years of experience with multinational companies in the region. He would like to accept a reasonable package and available immediately to grab the role.
Again, thank you for your time, and kind consideration.
