The diagram illustrates a series of stages for production of ethanol fuel from corn.
Overall, the process of ethanol fuel manufacturing from corn requires mainly six stages.
First of all, corn produced and received by the producer of it. It is stored and milled in the prior step. In the next step corn intermingle with water and cooked. It takes time, about quarter of day. At the further stage of the process, ferment it throughout, almost 2 days. In the fifth stage, the fermented goods are separated into two constituents. They are waste namely solid by-product as well as liquid. Subsequently, the liquid product is purified into desired product (ethanol fuel) and takes a little time, about half of ten hours. At the penultimate stage, the obtained product is stored again. In the last phase, the ethanol fuel is transported and used for various purposes
