Overall, personal positive factors seem to have strongest influence on young adults, while the opposite attitudes pose vice versa outcomes. It can also be seen that external impacts contributed largely on these immature professionals triumph.

More specifically, ambitious and individual satisfaction took up 80% of the reason the youth succeed, followed by family pressure at 10% less, which was about 65% greater than that of personal impacts. Similarly, the society and co-workers also accounted for 60% and 45% respectively. Meanwhile, being competitive and having high material possession consisted of half of the motivations.
